Here’s the thing, I’m only 21 and I have been through a lot, too much to say the least. I am far from perfect believe me, but I can say I’ve been there and done most of the things you’re going through. I’m here to share my stories, my life; the good and bad,
the ugly and sad. See what I did there? Haha! To just show you that its not only you and unlike me, you don't have to go through it alone. Sometime in high school around grade 11, I realized I wasn't what you would call the “ordinary” female. I knew that my purpose was much more than I could ever think but I didn't quite tap into it or even understand it until sometime in 2013. With that, I kept on sweeping it under the rug for a couple more years. Needless to say, I didn't even embrace it until last year.
Did I say for a 21-year-old I’ve experienced way too much? Yes, I did! My first semester away in university was hell but there was one day in particular that will stick will me forever. It was the day I realized why God placed me on this earth. I was going through a situation at the time and I felt more than compelled to get it out but just not to one person so I started a blog. Mind you, I had started a blog a year earlier but it just wasn't right, so I re-did it. This is where I began to open up and write posts about situations in my life, in an attempt to inspire others, especially young women. I need my story to be heard and I also need young women to understand it’s okay to go through bad break-ups and heartache, loss of friendships, self-esteem, out of character moments, sex and dating, new cultures and drastic life changing issues and the like but with a twist; an angle from which they can relate-someone who has been there before, around the same age as them and may currently be going through as we speak (and read of course)! Let me tell you ladies something, if I could help someone along the way then my living will not be in vain! In that, my life thus far is to help young women to not walk in my shoes or better yet lets walk together!
This is where and why I founded Th3 Little Ladies Network, where we encourage all little ladies to embrace their crowns. I just want to say, I’m so grateful you took the time to stop on the website and even my page.
